Environmental management and monitoring of Hazardous Materials, including:
- Consultation on hazardous waste identification, handling and disposal including PCBs, metals, sludge waste, etc.
- Leaking underground storage tank investigation, tank testing and remedial actions project design
- Environmental audits of hazardous materials/conditions existing prior to real estate transactions or major construction
- Environmental air monitoring of structures for various indoor air pollutants, such as formaldehyde, carbon monoxide, hydrogen sulfide, methane gas, etc.
- Ventilation systems dynamics evaluations
- Radon Testing and remedial actions services consultation for schools, public and commercial buildings and private home owners to determine the radon gas concentration within the structures and available remedies
On-Site Sewage Disposal, including:
- Consultation on design and construction of on-site sewage disposal/water supply systems for residential and commercial buildings
- Consultation and assistance in sub soil evaluations (perk testing) prior to applications for on-site sewage disposal system permits
- FHA, V.A., public and private sewage disposal and water supply evaluation, testing, inspection reports and certifications
- Community wide sanitary surveys
 Probe also offers solid waste management services, providing consultation on solid waste management, handling, and disposal including source reduction and recycling.
ENVIRONMENTAL AUDIT SERVICES:
Phase I - Identification of known and unknown hazardous materials present on occupied and vacant properties for real estate transactions.
Phase II - Testing of suspected hazardous materials identified during Phase II inspections.
